    ToyMatrix Return Policy (it must be followed in order to return an item for refund)

    • Item must be returned in original box and in the same condition I mailed it in.
    • I must be contacted within 3 days of item delivery to approve return.
    • PLEASE email or telephone me with the situation within 3 working days from time of delivery.
    • You may not be reimbursed for shipping and insurance charges.
    • There is a 20% restocking fee for all returned items.
